It's called "A Big Silly Grin" by someone named, I think, Humphrey Carpenter? Featuring David Frost on the cover, it explains the rise of things like Dudley Moore and Peter Cook's stuff, as well as what led to the eventual birth of Monty Python. Got it for a steal at a bookstore. Anybody else read it?
